DSEI 2027 UK
OptiBarrier | Persistent Underwater Security
Optics11 will participate in DSEI 2026, presenting advanced optical sensing solutions designed to strengthen maritime resilience and critical underwater infrastructure protection.
At DSEI, we will highlight how persistent seabed monitoring closes underwater domain awareness gaps and provides earlier warnings in complex maritime environments.
OptiBarrier
Immediate, Over-the-Horizon Threat Detection, 24/7.
OptiBarrier is a passive, all-optical seabed hydrophone network delivering continuous, real-time detection and tracking of underwater threats. With no wet-end electronics and a noise floor below Sea State 0, it enables covert, wide-area monitoring of:
- Naval bases and harbor approaches
- Strategic chokepoints and sea lanes
- Subsea cables and pipelines
- Offshore energy infrastructure
Deployable up to >100 km offshore, OptiBarrier streams high-fidelity acoustic data to shore-based interrogation and processing systems, supporting detection, classification, and integration into command environments
Extending Naval Capability – OptiArray
We will also present OptiArray, our thin-line, low-power optical towed array for submarines, surface combatants, and unmanned systems. With all-optical sensing, intrinsic EMI immunity, and scalable channel counts, OptiArray delivers high-sensitivity passive detection in a compact, winchable package
Why meet us at DSEI?
- Strengthen protection of critical undersea infrastructure
- Extend persistent underwater surveillance coverage
- Explore scalable deployment models for national and coalition forces
- Discuss integration into ISR and C2 architectures
DSEI brings together global defence leaders, procurement authorities, and system integrators. We look forward to discussing how earlier warnings enable more effective response.
