CIGRE Symposium 2025

Optics11 is pleased to announce our participation at the CIGRE Symposium 2025, organized by the Nordic Regional Council of CIGRE (NRCC) in Trondheim, Norway. The symposium is scheduled for May 12–15, 2025, at the Clarion Hotel Trondheim, a leading convention facility featuring extensive meeting spaces suitable for large international gatherings.

Trondheim, Norway’s third-largest city, is internationally recognized for its contributions to technology and innovation, supported by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and the SINTEF research institute. Symposium attendees are encouraged to explore local landmarks, including the historic Nidaros Cathedral, one of Trondheim’s most celebrated attractions.

The 2025 symposium will center on the theme “CHANGES NEEDED IN THE POWER SYSTEM – for the Energy Transition.” This gathering provides an essential platform for presenting recent research findings, discussing system operation strategies, and exploring technologies critical to the ongoing transformation in power systems driven by the energy transition. The event is supported by eleven dynamic CIGRE Study Committees, each dedicated to addressing challenges in system design, operations, and technological advancements.

Optics11 will present a paper at the symposium, sharing our innovative solutions designed to facilitate the energy transition. We look forward to engaging in discussions with industry professionals, exchanging knowledge, and exploring how our technologies can address emerging challenges in power system management.

Join us at the CIGRE Symposium 2025 in Trondheim to discover insights into our latest developments and to discuss how our technology can enhance your organization’s efforts in navigating the energy transition.
