Sensor Assembly Technican
Are you looking for a job where you do both the precision mechanical assembly and the testing of new products? Do you want to have a lot of input as well as responsibility on the process?
We are looking for a hands-on production employee who has experience with precision mechanical assembly and testing for the manufacture of our fiber optic sensors. The sensors we produce are completely optical and completely passive; no electrical components are involved. The most important material used in the sensors is glass, enriched with some silicone or adhesives. That is why our sensors can be used in very harsh environments such as extremely high or low temperatures, liquid environments or in the presence of strong electric and / or magnetic fields.
You will join the growing production team and work closely together with the R&D team to assemble and produce (new) products. Your feedback on the assembly procedure is of great value, as we are scaling up the production facility and need to build stable and reliable procedures. Communication lines are short, and you will have a lot of input as well as responsibility on the process.
